Can bought at Wight Bear, Southbourne. Aroma has black coffee and porridge. Dark and glossy. Stygian depths. Foamy creamy beige head. Bitter full-on coffee with tart berries. Underlying creaminess and light molasses. The latter gradually gains prominence. Medium bodied. Thin oily mouthfeel. Flat carbonation - a light prickle. Long somewhat astringent finish. Definitely a coffee enhanced brew.

Cheers Colin (Theydon_Bois) for this 330ml can. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 5th July 2018. Black body, tanned topping. Coffee ester fill the nose, the oats give the brew some body depth and more coffee flavours ooze out in the taste. A lovely nightcap indeed.
