Tap. Slightly hazy color with white head. Aroma is bready, yeasty, a bit grassy, buttery, a touch of sulphur, all the right Kellerbier flavours. Taste is the same, earthy, bready, some citrusy-grassy hops. Very moreish!

Flasch’n (ottos mops klopft):Golden, almost clear, medium-sized lacy white head, dryish herbal-hoppy nose with grainy and fruity-almondy (!) traces underneath; dry mild bitter flavour, light bodied, relatively soft; lingering dry herbal finish, some well hidden sweet pale malt detectable in the aftertaste.Decent Pils...

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, greenish golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Grainy pale malty aroma with mildly herbal spicy hoppy spots. Moderately bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry pale malt character with grainy notes, as well as present herbal hoppy spice, leading into a dry and moderately slim herbal hoppy finish with grainy accents in the aftertaste. Nicely done Pilsener. 04.VI.16

330 ml bottle from their brewpub in Bad Tölz.
Pale golden, crystal clear body, with a big, stable, frothy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of hay, grains, herbs, some citrus, honey.
Taste follows this pretty much, with the honey notes more present.
Light mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, grainy and with some sweet malts.
Very nice, solid Pilsener, clean and refreshing. The hayish grain notes feel very natural and I like the honey malt backbone. Not the best Pilsener I’ve had, but one I would gladly drink again.
