4 oz. pour on tap at Stout Burgers & Beers, Studio City. It's a beautiful clear amber-red with nice finger-width fluffy nitro head with good retention and no lacing. Aroma is moderately strong sweet malt and cocoa. Taste is strong earth, cocoa and malt. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with finish as taste. Overall, beautiful beer with decent strength but not hugely complex. Effects of nitro experienced.

Draft (Nitro), on a flight at the brewery on 16th Dec 2017. Amber coloured, wispy head. Strong coffee aroma and taste to this smooth and fairly rich bodied beer. Guatemala was mentioned alongside Ethiopia on the board behind the bar, the beer was 5.3% ABV and 13 IBU, so if not the same beer, very close to the one I've rated it under!
