On the afternoon of Tuesday 17th May 2016 I visited The Tustin Brewery and had one of the most disappointing flights of beer I have ever had. This was beer number two. Pale golden pour, weak white head that faded quickly. Slight farmyard aroma, then nothing worthy of note in the nose or taste, must have really subtle flavours because I could not find any.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours light gold with a lacing white head. Light citrus aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is bread/citrus, and there seems to be a touch of salt. Finishes very, very lightly bitter.

Taste: Pale malts, honey, grassy with a nice bitter finish
A nice beer, easy to drink and has a bite too it.

On tap. Pours with a clear, pale, golden body with a small white head. Aroma is lightly husky with toasted grains and minerals. Taste is very grainy, toasted, lightly bready, caramel and some bitterness, but not hoppy (aroma/flavor). Lively carbonation. Well attenuated. Decent and frest.

Draft at the brewpub. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a finish with light notes of straw lingering. Nicely hopped for a light ale.
