Dieses naturtrübe Bier wird nach historischem Vorbild gebraut. Wie alle Rothaus-Biere mit unserem weichen Brauwasser aus den eigenen Quellen direkt hinter unserer Brauerei im Wald, Qualitätsmalz aus der Region und Aromahopfen aus Tettnang und der Hallertau. Ohne den Filterprozess schmeckt man daher den "Schwarzwald unberührt".

Bottle from Beerdome. Aroma is grainy with notes of hay and grassy noble hops. Moderate bitter with a light sweetness. Great drinkability, lovely beer.

Fruchtig-hefiges Zwickel, leicht mostig, deutliche Säure, relativ trocken mit dezenter aber deutlich wahrnehmbarer Bitterkeit, ziemlich schlank und süffig. Insgesamt stimmig.

0.33 l bottle from Drink Oase, Berlin. Shared with little Dina. Aroma is grainy with a soft yeasty touch. Quite clean. Crisp, drinkable, fresh. Light body, moderate carbonation, simple bready flavour. Light bitterness, dry finish.

Bottle, 5.1%. Good lagery aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity, citric and yeasty. Good mouthfeel. Not a spectacular beer, but clean, well-made and enjoyable.
