In my opinion, it is a decent keller bier, close to the brauweisse of Aynger. It is a bit spakling, creamy, malt, hop, refreshing, 11.03.17

Bottle, shared after a journey and some cooking. Cloudy light golden. Apple, yeast. Front heavy, a bit thin, sweet. Not completely undrinkable.

Bottle. Milky pale golden, white foam. Light grassy citric on a light fruity base, kept easy, noncommittal, inoffensive, ok gooseberry retronasal.

Troebele bleekgele kleur en een fijne witte kraag met goede retentie en wandplak. Aroma's van brood, mout, zoetig, iets fruit. Smaak is licht zoetig, brood. Lichte body. Tikje bitter in de afdronk.

Keg, TapStation, Grebbestad.
Poured clear and golden in color.
Grainy malty with a nice dusty charachter to it. Drinks well, balanced.

29/VII/25 - 33cl bottle from Edeka (Rust, DE), shared @ Schwarzwald holiday, BB: 3/X/25, lot 4002208 (2025-702)
Rather cloudy bright light yellow beer, smooth solid creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very herbal, grassy hops, a bit spicy, malty touch, floral notes, nice one! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity touch, clean light malts, gentle bitterness, pretty dry, herbal touch, a hint of yeast. Aftertaste: more fruity, some citrus, a bit of banana, grassy, hoppy, a bit spicy, clean malty finish. Love it! Honest no frills German beer!

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, white head. Discreet aroma, a little yeast, a little fruitiness. Medium body, malty and yeasty with a decent, finishing bitterness. Nothing too fancy here. 190225
