Thyme is a little over the Top. Missing the salty touch, but a wonderful nose of lime and thyme.

# 549; 12/2016. Velmi osvěžující, skvěl pitelný pivo. Nakyslý, slaný, citrusově-bylinný.

Bottle at Kanguruh but you have to imagine the umlauts. Hazy yellow I think, it’s really dark in here. scant head. Huge thyme aroma. More balance in the taste, lemon thyme and earth come together nicely

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a short and quickly diminishing frothy off-white layer. Quite strong thyme spicy nose with mildly lemon notes and a whiff of wheat. Mildly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strong thyme-spice with citric and slightly wheaty flavours; mildly sour-fruity, mainly thyme-spicy and slightly salty finish. Interesting. 07.V.18

Nice, very refreshing, but could taste fresher itself. While the sourness was pleasantly mixed with bitter notes, the beer tasted a bit old.

Bottle, courtesy of King_Alex_II. Pours clear golden. Aroma is lemon and thyme, soup, savory. Body is medium, strongly carbonated, salty, savory again, but otherwise a bit low on flavours. Little fruit, but that's about it. Ok.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Tom L. Golden. Thyme, some citrus, wheat, mildly tart, salty, quite light-bodied. Pretty nice and refreshing.

Sampled from tap at 'Holy Craft Beer Bar'. Hazy, straw yellow with a massive, dense, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, very herbal-spicy and minimally sourish aroma of lots of thyme with maybe a touch of lemon. Sweetish, a little sourish, rather herbal-spicy and a bit fruity taste of massive thyme, some lemon and a touch of cucumber, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, fairly herbal-spicy and dry finish. Thin body, smooth, a bit astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very unbalanced, extremely heavy on the thyme, but I still like it somehow.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Summer of 2017. Shared with Višnja 666 and Pilot Goran. Murky golden, small off-white head. Spice, rosemary and malts. Salty and lightly sour. Slightly puckering, medium body, soft carbonation, lingering rosemary in the finish. Spices a bit overwhelming.
