Es wurde anlässlich des 100-jährigen Firmenbestehens eingeführt. Rheintaler Culinarium Maisbier ist zur bekanntesten Rheintaler Bierspezialität geworden. Es ist das erste Bier in der Schweiz, das das Culinarium-Label tragen darf.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dai cereali. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è snello. L'amaro è moderato. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, mais, orzo, fieno bagnato ed erbaceo.

Many thanks for this beer to CH-303. New Brewery, new region. Mala piana, srednio trwala, jasna, klarowna barwa. Malo chmielnosci, malo slodowosci, troche kukurydziane, ot takie sobie zwyczajne i pijalne piwko dolnej fermentacji.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo paglierino limpido, al naso malto cereali note citriche, in bocca malto cereali note erbacee minerale, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro percettibile. Süßlich mildes Bier. Typische Maisaromen, dennoch deutliche Herbe. Süßer süffiger Körper, würzig, komisch süßlich, moderat bis penetrant herb im Nachgeschmack. Unrund, aber dennoch sortentypisch mit Maisaromen. Nicht mein ding aber gut gemacht!
