A straw coloured beer of light to medium body, provided by a subtle malt charge but with a definite bias towards hops. Not too bitter but our hoppiest beer yet, with a pronounced citrus overlaying a full floral background.

6th March 2015, Three Horseshoes in Sambrook, half-pint, hand-pulled cask. Golden hue to the body, thin white head. Hoppy, yet not too pronounced. Doesn’t want to upset anyone sort of brew. Drying and slightly metallic finish, middle and lead more interesting. Liked the non-citrus feel but the whole brew lacked oomph and depth. Joules core beers are lovely, I think they should stay with those and bring out seasonal brews a little less often and it better nick than this!
