Tap. Hazy, nearly muddy brown color wuth nice beige head. Aroma is bananas, cream, cheesecake, milky, some caramel and darker malt tones as well as a touch of fruity hopsand nutmeg. Taste is overripe, partially fermented bananas, cream and caramel, some bubblgum, nutmeg and other spices again. Warming booze in the finish, and a touch of hops, going to a very silky mouthfeel. Impressively balanced and dry for this ABV, and very well-balanced but still retaining a solid amount of complexity. A touch too green and milky, but turned out very well.

Bottle & tap. Cloudy murky orange. Fruity aroma, BBQ banana, roast banana peel. light marzipan, caramel apples, dry esters. Medium full body, mellow, chewy. Nice estery fruitiness, neat hop back to balance. Dangerously drinkable
