Hand-pulled pint in The Cock Hotel, Wellington Shropshire on 16th May 2014. Pours a clear light amber to old gold colour, the white head soon dissipated to a thin covering and lacing. Dry from the start, yet it has a caramel and toffee apple feel to both itโ€™s aroma and taste. I tried to like it, but struggled. Nothing wrong, just a strange feel to the brew throughout.
