Fresh & piercing with sweetness and citrus flavours, hints of lemon, grapefruit which gives way to a dry finish.

Gravity poured half-pint at the 2013 Birmingham CAMRA beer festival. Light golden colour, bright and clean, with a thin white head. Citrus notes throughout the tasting: grapefruit mostly, but not really sour in taste. I’m fed up with golden, citrus flavoured UK beers: but this one didn’t seem so bad, maybe I’m mellowing with age. I hope not! I like Bewdley Breweries beers, this one is also fine, just ease back on the citrus feel and I’d like it more.
