Gravity poured half-pint in a tent near Market Drayton on 8th Sep 2013. Brewed using American Cascade hops and Pale Maris Otter Malts this was a clear, light amber beer with next to no head to see. Dry and woody in nature, a little one dimensional for a brewery that I’ve followed with interest since it’s conception and usually enjoyed their beers. This however didn’t set my taste buds alight and I found it a tad bland.
