Cask (Museum Vaults, Sunderland) - Golden in colour. Gooseberries and melon in the aroma. Melon, pear and peach in the taste. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Hand-pulled half-pint in The Crown Inn, Oakengates on 29 Jun 2013. Lovely auburn colour with a full white foaming head. Perfumed nose, very floral and summery. The taste was also floral with a mild semi-sweet malt infusion, easy to drink and different to the citrus flavoured beers that seemed to surround it in the bars that day.
