500ml Bottle conditioned, just out of date when opened on 5 Apr 2013. Amber and clear body, a huge off-white head sat on top and carbonisation bubbles could clearly be seen as they rise to replenish the head. No sediment left the bottle, but there was plenty of beer left because of the head size. The remainder I had later and it all tasted the same, the sediment staying at the base of the bottle. Smells of yeast and ’home brew’ with a slightly vinagerous tone. The taste is also moving towards vinagerous with a malty base and hop finish, I hope the beer hasn’t gone off since it’s BBD of 14 Feb 2013 (numbered 136). Was hoping for more to be honest.
