Two hand pulled pints in ’The Anchor’, Shrewsbury on 4th Aug 2012. Brewed for the London Olympics and golden in colour. Bright and sparkling, with a good creamy head on each pour which gave off some thick lacing as the beer level sank. Hops more than malts in the nose and taste, light and refreshing without upsetting your taste buds in any way. A pleasant session ale and just what i wanted at the time.
