33cl bottle from a trade with fonefan, thanks. A clear orange red beer with a off-white head. Aroma of caramelized and grainy malt. Taste of dry caramelized malt, grains, straw, cereals. Mild bitterness.

Gewürziger Beginn mit klassischen weihnachtlichen Gewürzen, Zimt, Sternanis, weich. Dabei aber nicht überwürzt, was leider allzu oft der Fall ist, sondern harmonisch. Der Alkoholgehalt fällt nicht auf, moderat herb, hohe Süffigkeit. Mittellanger Abgang. 10/8/8/8/5/8

Bottle 33 cl. Pours nutty brown with a slight haze and a smallish, off-white head. Cinamon and cloves dominate the aroma - very Xmas biscuits. Medium body, soft on the palate, some tasted malts, again Xmas spices and then a bitterness that is totally out of whach with the style. Those bittering hops will be offputting to many me thinks. 020221

ABV: 6.8%. Cloudy medium yellow - amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, caramel, sweet malt, biscuit malt, mash. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, grain, mash, cereal, phenol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200512]

Aroma: Malt, caramel and oranges with some ginger, cinnamon and other spices. Flavour: Caramel and malty sweet with a nice mix of spices. Aftertaste is sweet and spices. Colour: Orange brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Boxbeers webshop Nov. 2018.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Dark, amber color with a thin, White head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, spices and fruits. Taste is sweet. Finishes dry and spicy.
