Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.

Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, more and more sourish with some fruity notes of lemon. Light bitter background. Finish a bit boring sourish. There are better hefeweizens out there.

At the brewery in Hirschaid. Hazy gold lasting white head. Very estery aroma. Lots of banana fruit. Some hop on the finish. It’s very banana. Light and a lot of esters and banana.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma, hints of banana, a touch of lemon, minimally bready basis. Taste is wheaty and minimally spicy yeasty, some apple and lemon; lively carbonation.

On tap, 0.33l. Hazy deep golden color with thick creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Strong wheat aroma with hints of bananas and vanilla. Taste is sour grainy, rounded with light fruitiness and gentle bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Pretty decent homebrew...

Bottle @ End of the year, Odense Tasting 2012. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small creamy head. Sweet malty with notes of banana, yeast and wheat. Medium bodied. Slight acidic touch. Classic bavarian wheat.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with clove and cinnamon. Dry and slightly tart yeasty flavour with banana and clove

(draught 0,5l @ Netopýr (Brno)) Strong banana, very light cloves aroma. Light hazy golden color. Huge white head. Light sweet, medium sour, banana taste. Medium-full body. Nice weizen.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Creamy white head. Very hazy yellow to amber colour. Aroma yeasty, banana, orange, wheat. Taste yeasty, almost medium bitter, light sweet. Excellent wheat beer.

From tap at Richtar Jakub. Pours hazy orange with a small yet dense, creamy and chalk white head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty and estery. Fruity, light chemical and estery. Bitter and dry into the finish.
