Dark orange colour, still transparent. Big white head, good retention and nice lacing. Malty aroma, fine but quite weak: cereal, caramel, maybe slightly nutty. A hint of stone fruit. Taste opens sweet and finishes with a bit of bittering punch, overall well balanced. Light body, average to high carbonation gives it enough life but does not threaten drinkability. Overall enjoyable but not particularly remarkable

Keg at GBBF 2016 09/08/2016. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is big sweet cereal bready, brown bread, dried berries. Cranberry. Flavour is composed of seet malts, hint to brow toffee nutty, dried fruits. Palate is semi sweet highish carbonation. Very good.

Bottle at GBBF 2016. Clear pale brown colour. Lasting beige head. malty bread. Wholemeal bread flavour. Good malty lager i rhpught some hop on the finish. Decent.

Clear orange-amber color with tan head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel, earthy, grainy. Taste is caramel, buttery, some roasted malts, minerally, with quite a tangy sting. Crisp. Okay.

Draft @ Fränkisches Bierfest, Nürnberg. Pours a clear pale amber copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl & Stuu666. Appearance - deep amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee, light biscuit and light citrus. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a nice balanced finish. Overall - a good example of the style.
