As Pilsner rather than Pils and labelled as x Hofbrauhaus Melbourne as part of a Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl bunch of releases. But I'm guessing it's the same beer. Clear gold with a fading white head. Aroma of grass and spices over light bread. Perhaps a little undercarbonated. Clean light bready malt. A little earthy along with the grass and spices. Dry and firmly bitter at the end. Solid.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and grass with a bit of earthy grain underlying. Flavor combines straw and grass and has a light earthiness underlying.
