Birra Nursia Bionda is a golden, luminous beer with a creamy, compact and persistent head. Its fresh aroma is enhanced by hints of coriander and lemon zest. With time, it matures to become an ethereal floral perfume. The palate is enlivened by the hop and malt notes. The cheerful carbonation and the gentle, dry finish nicely round off the body of this beer.

Bottle from the brewery, 0.33l. Aroma is dusty, yeasty, grassy, honeyish and floral. Pours clear dark golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing yeasty and medium sweet caramelly, following is bready and herbal, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Totally decent monkish brew…

Il gusto al naso resta catturato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di pane, cereali e agrumi.

Bottle. Looks very muddy. Lots of yeast, too. Some late citrus. Sweetish but dirty. Okay carbonation, opening up the beer a little bit. Not interesting, but very drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks avrashi. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of yeast, spicy phenols, fruitiness, a bit citric. Sweetish flavor, yeasty, fruity, with a bitter spicy finish with an alcoholic note. Medium-bodied.
