Sowas von ein Weißbier! Jeder, der was vom Biergeschäft versteht, weiß: ein Weißbier mußt’ haben. Denn da ist ordentlich was drin. Und das ganz ohne gegen das Reinheitsgebot zu verstoßen… Wichtig auch: die offene Gärung. Denn nur so bekommen wir den dichten Schaum und die deutliche Trübung so perfekt hin, wie sie bei unserem Weißbier eben sind. Samtig und vollmundig im Antrunk wird es schnell zum Muß für den Weißbier-Trinker von Welt.

Orange colour, small white head. Some sweetness in wheaty nose, light grain. Light to medium-bodied. Crisp carbonation, light banana, wheatyness, grain. A bit lame but tolerable.

A golden and murky beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has wheat, spicyness, only light fruitness. Taste has wheat, spicyness, some dough, only light fruitness. Medium bodied. Not a typical hefe, all good there, but I like more fruitful type of style.

On tap at Giesinger. Hazy dark orange with a medium white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, spices and some yeast. The same in the taste. A bit on the sweet side.

Trübe, dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger, getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit Bananennote, leicht getreidig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

*Bottle from Craft Beer Kiosk, Wuppertal. Great smooth and slightly roasted beginning. Fresh mild, hints of clove and yeast, the roast with coffee and nutty hints is round and fresh, smooth and nice.

Hazy amber. Aroma is fresh banana maybe lime and a little leek with good yeasty base. Taste is sweet smooth yeasty base with light apricot. Good fruitiness. Tasty.
