APPEARANCE: light yellow body and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with medium retention. slight leg formation. TASTE: medium-low hop notes (pine, slight grapefruit), followed by medium neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. low background of cereal husk. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a medium IPA with hops a bit muted but drinkable.

Lots of tangerine peel and pine. Golden pour with great head and lacing. Definitely a great IPA. Enjoyable, with great body. Bitter end. Tap at Cerveteca.
