Clear yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, quite some citrus, herbal touch, a little floral, some thyme, laurel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, a little sweet, very floral, pretty soapy bitterness, some citrus notes, grassy. Aftertaste: pretty dry, a bit malty, soapy bitterness, soft acidity, some citrus, wheat, dry grassy finish with a bit of a hop burn.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mandarino.
