PRAHA 12 is a Czech Pils born from a co-brew with Simone Masaro, free lance brewer specialized in low fermentation beers.

The beer is deep, bright gold in color. The fine and abundant foam. In Praha 12 the abundant use of “Saaz” flowering hops from the Czech Republic combined with German malts and liquid yeast from Pilsner Urquell, create a beer with delicate aromas of flowers, hay and a light honey. The drink remains slim and the strong and prolonged bitterness calls for another sip.

Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Slightly cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- Czech noble hops, sweet malty, honey. FLAVOR- malty sweet, lightly bitter, malty, honey, noble hops. Medium bodied.
Really Czech lager and not bad. Well done, boys.

On tap at Il Santo Bevitore, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma has fresh straw and gentle grassiness. Flavour is fairly crisp, with straw, gentle grassiness, and biscuity malt to back. Needs more hoppy spiciness but well-constructed. Decent.

Tap at Il Santo Bevitore, Venice with Barbara, 8th November 24. Pours clear, straw in colour. Aroma is straw,,fresh grass and mellow. Taste is pleasant, bitter, fresh grass. Nice

Canned at Acqua & Farina, Vicenza. Hazy orange with medium white head. Malty, bready, quite bitter. Somewhat dry. Medium bodied.
