Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante è velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si riportano indizi di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, frutta passita e caldo.

On tap at Taverna Ai Mastri d'Arme Trieste, shared with hrabren. Hazy yellow/golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light spicy and yeasty nose. Spicy, yeasty, estery, light herbal and touch of alcohol with short dryish finish.

On tap at Taverna Mastri d'Arme, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Unclear yellow to golden, small off-white head. Aroma is corriander, yeast, citrus, grain. Lean, thin, grainy, lightly yeasty. Alcohol present. Dry finish.

On tap at Fermenti, Mestre. Cloudy golden, white head. Malty, estery, yeasty, bit spicy, sweetish. Soft texture. Easy drinkable for style.

Golden color almost clear with some sedimet in the bottle, fine white head. Flavor malty and fruity (pear, apple, banana), with spices, belgian yeast, herbs, dough, wheat. Taste is relatively intense, juicy, tasty, sweet but well wrapped up in the finish. Alcohol presence is noticeable as it warms up. Average carbonation, medium to full body, long finish, smooth, a bit sticky, a bit boozy. A nice tripel.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo limpido, al naso lieviti belgi banana spezie frutta gialla esteri, in bocca spezie frutta a pasta gialla marmellata di pesche pere mature miele, carbonazione decisa, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, molto dolce con amaro moderato.
