Bottle. Pours slightly hazy glowing orange gold. Delicate funk, citrus, estery Belgian stuff, herbal. Very spritzy. Good.

Bottle at ASK Italian, Leicester, on a work night out. Pale golden/yellow, thin-looking and fizzy with a small white head. Yeasty, biscuity aroma with notes of grass and hay. It's pleasant but faint. Taste is quite bitter, with a short medicinal finish. Heavy carbonation and a thin body. Meh.

La grandezza delle bollicine è media. L’aspetto del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è astringente e lungo. Il retrogusto è di media intensità.
