Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small not much head. Aroma is liquorice, some ashes, mild alcohol and some toffee tones. Flavour is ashes, some liquorice, some toffee and mild alcohol as well. Feels a bit empty compared to the other berried ones.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, dark fruit, wood, light smoke. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, wood, dark malt, roasted, chocolate - coffee, dry. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel warming and light alcoholic. [20210901]

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a small creamy brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, dark chocolate. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, roast malt, caramel, light coffee, chocolate, licorice, light alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish with a bit of warming alcohol. 170520
