A special project from our brewers Seth & Derek, Corpse Reviver is a sour ale that was fermented in a 3rd-use whiskey barrel, where it aged for a number of months. Fresh meyer lemon zest was then added along with a heavy-handed amount of Crystal and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Bottle - Bright lemon rind and barrel notes. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Bright lemon peel with barrel notes.

Draft pour at Holy Mountain. Pours a cloudy lemonade with no head. Aroma is full of lemon citrus, slight herbal. Flavor is cool lemon, gin botanical like if you ask me. Super sour juicy lemon. Delicious. Extremely refreshing as an end result. Very impressive sour.
