When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of apricot, the apple flavor decreases and the apricot notes shine; you will taste both fresh and dried apricot. Enjoy this cider on its own or balance the concentrated acid with blue or soft goat cheese.
Our fresh pressed juice comes from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. We blend American, English and French cider varieties essential for the complexity you'll find in our ciders.

Taster at downtown taproom. Pale straw, white grape juice looking pour. Apricots come in way too light, fighting it out wit the apples for supremacy. It's a draw, and doesn't quite cut it. Not enough of anything

On tap. Pours a clear gold with no head. Sweet fruity aroma of apple and dried apricot. Sweet fruity flavour of apple, dried apricot and white wine with a crisp, tart, bone dry, slightly acidic finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. One dimensional, but ok.

500 ml purchased at Total Wine & More, Phoenix Arizona. Aroma is funky apricots and weak apple juice. The flavor is pretty much the same. A note of sugar in the finish to go with the funky apricot. Just barely ok for me.

Tap. Near-transparent yellowish color with no head. Aroma is apricots, yes, some tartness, peach skin. Taste is apricots, funky wild yeasts. Fizzy carbonation. Quite fun.

Tap, magic tree, nice place. Clear pale. Slight boozy nose. Some co2 but almost flat. Quite dry initially. Some unfermented sweetness develops on the finish. Has some of those negative attributes I’ve come to associate with my own home brew cider. dough,

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with white bubbles. Aroma is apple. Not getting much else. Near med body. Flavor starts apple, develops some tart astringency, and then it becomes apricot - not lush and ripe, but kind of the not ripe flavor. So it’s dry and tart. Ok.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out fresh apricots, with subtle apple acidity underneath. Flavour is really bright, with fresh apricots upfront. Low acidity, with a wonderful incorporation of apricots. Very nice.

Bottle - Sweet dried apricot. Clear gold. Apple, apricot and a nice mellow sweetness. Fantastic after dinner drink, a little more body and it would be fantastic.

Draught at Capitol Cider, Seattle
Pale yellow color. Aroma of glue and playdough, weird. Weak and dry mouthfeel, with some acidity, some fruitiness (apricot?).
Too simple.
