Nel bicchiere si presenta color tonaca di frate sormontata da una bella schiuma fine e beige. Le complesse note maltate e l’impronta belga del lievito lasciano spazio alla cannella e ad un leggero sentore di arancia. Al palato è perfettamente equilibrata con un bel finale secco di liquirizia. È una birra che tradisce i suoi 9 gradi solo alla fine del bicchiere!

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours elegant brown, crisp, with no foam. Looks like a barley wine. Aroma is woody, malty, oxidated, orange peel, a little balsamic. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation, a little sticky. Taste is medium sweet, slightly sour. Final is fairly long, elegant, though with maybe a little too much of an alcoholic note.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma fine beige persistente, colore ambrato carico limpido, al naso lievito belga frutta matura spezie esteri, in bocca intenso malto e caramello frutta candita arancia amara spezie, corpo rotondo, liquorosa, carbonazione piatta, oily, molto dolce con amaro moderato lungo nel finale. L'avrei preferita un pò più carbonata. Ultima birra di Natale per quest'anno. c. Bottega della birra Arona 04.01.20
