9 October 2021. At Van Gogh, Poznan. Cheers to the lovely Anke!

Hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of cassis, blueberry juice, red fruit jam, yoghurt, lemon peel. Taste has sour cassis, blueberry & lemon (acid) over sourdough-like maltiness with lactic accents & sweetish jam notes. Slightly lemony, lactic finish, lingering cassis juice, no hops. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Smooth & drinkable.

@Warsaw Beer Fest 2021, tap. Purple light cloudy pour with a light purple lacing. Nose: pastry feel, lovely, forest fruit. Mouth has some saltiness, grapefruit, tart, sharp. Not for pussies and well-brewed!
