Can, huge thanks José! Shared with Hrabren and Ogi. Murky yellow body, white head. Tart, white grapes, raw lacto tartness, a bit too rough, but evens out with a bit of waiting - slightly. Soft taste, tart berry profile, simple but pleasant that I'd dare say is sea buckthorn, though one may well think of it as some simpler white grape variety, the lactic acid profile again isn't wonderful but there you go.
