Bottle. A more or less black one, with a minimalistic off-white head. Gentle but pleasant aroma with soy sauce, toffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. It's full bodied and softly carbonated, sweet, with a nice bitterness. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, some dried fruit and caramel. Lasting finish. Pleasant indeed. 240622

Bottle from Base Camp @ Jakobs. Pours black with a small brown head, light sugary lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light chocolate, light vanilla, mild bourbon. Flavor is sweet, malty, caramel, chocolate, wood, oak, vanillla, coconut, bourbon. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 050523

Soft, smooth, drinkable, oily. Flavour is chocolate, caramel, some tartness, roasty, some peat, some wood. Moderate finish.
