Bottle, 500 ml shared with Max, Miro and Zec brothers. Hazy orange, small white head. Funk, citrus, elderflower, tad sweet, vinous, medium sourness. Nice.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of horse blanket, must, grapes, elderflower and flowers. Pours hazy golden orange color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with extreme tart citrus, wine and elderflower, follows by tannins, wood, toasted malty and earthy note, while mouthfeel is smooth and dry. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Funky elderflowers...

Bottle shared at Sour Get-together 2019. Thanks Polio. Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Aroma is light elderflower, chilli pepper, yeasty, dusty, funky, cheesy. Light malts. Unripe berry in flavour, sour berry, elderflower, cheese. Lemony sourness, quite sour. Light body, drinkable. Smooth.

Bottle. RAD Beer. Cut the wax on this and could smell the beer before I took the cap off. The cap came off silently. Not a great start. Pours a murky ginger colour. Looks pretty dull. No head. Things aren’t getting better, it seems. Nose has lots of fruit like flora. Elderflower. Some over ripe pear. Some cherry stone. Soft, cheesy, rotten wood funk. Smells great. Taste is sharp, cherry stone sourness. Some lime juice twang to it. Fairly clean and drying on the palate. Fine, bright carbonation. Dry and sharp finish. Decent. Might have a been a lot better if it had been packaged properly.
