Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is slightly spicy, bananas, sweet, phenolic, a bit off. Taste is more bananas and spices, sweet again. Just doesn’t fit together.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, cloves and some vanilla. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cloves and vanilla, followed by a short, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle shared at hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Clear yellow golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, sweetness, slightly banana-candy-ish and a hint of citrus. Decent body and carbonation.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild banana, yeast and clove. Taste of yeast, spices, some banana and clove, boring!

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Mild fruity wheat arma and flavor with some yeast notes. a Typical average hefe.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Classical banana-fruity and wheaty aroma with hints of dough and spicy phenols. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Wheaty and yeasty taste with notes of banana and overripe citrus; slightly sweet and sourish fruity finish. No-name Weizen of average quality. 28.VIII.11
