Ultima, o forse no, declinazione di IPA ed ecco la settima tortura! E’ il turno della New England IPA. Chiara e poco velata nonostante la massiccia dose di fiocchi e luppoli, ha un’aspetto quasi pulito, “unusual” per una Neipa. Al naso, la frutta tropicale si esalta: ananas, mango, frutta a pasta gialla. I profumi sono decisi ma delicati, grazie al mix di luppoli europei ed americani, Sultana e Zappa su tutti. In bocca è morbida, grazie allo spropositato utilizzo di cereali. La frutta torna prepotente e preponderante, facendoci ritrovare quanto già anticipato dal naso. Come in ogni Neipa che si rispetti, il finale non è amaro, ma ben bilanciato. Fresca e beverina da annergarci dentro!

Directlly from the brewery at Domodossola. Drinking this well brewed neipa, yesterday with some tacos, at Epalinges.Tropical neipa, flavour of pineapple, mango, citrus, rather mineral, malty, some oat, bitter and citrus, creamy texture, aromatic and floral, 19.05.24

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, fairly hazy, with Aroma is citrus and hoppy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium bitter. Final is average.

Can. Pours s light yellow, small head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, herbal hops, light pine. Medium pine. Flavour is malty, fruity, hoppy, a bit watery. Good though.
