15/7/2021. From cask at the Roebuck, Draycott-in-the-Clay. Pours clear amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, caramel, malt, dried fruits, hint of chocolate and berries. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bittersweet, fruity, drying finish. Very nice. My favourite of the 5 at the Roebuck.
