To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

The resulting product is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, just without the alcohol, featuring the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee

Can, online from Wise Bartender. Pours black with a rocky tan head. Aroma: roasted malt, milk chocolate, mocha. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, dry, burnt malt, earthy, liquorice, coffee hints. Medium body with dense carbonation. This is superb, easily one of the best AF beers I've sampled

44 cl can @ home. Canned 30.12.2021, BBE 30.08.2022 Aroma has deep roastiness, coffee and tobacco. Flavour has ash, tobacco, some salty licorice and coffee. A bit watery of course but quite good still. Reminds me of Nøgne Ø Stuten.

Can 500ml
Typical great Guinness appearance: opaque, brownish creamy thick head. Very light toasted aroma. Light-bodied. Smooth Guinness palate. Watery, sweetish worty with some Guinness toastyness. Quite good imitation of legendary beer. Unfortunately I nowadays not a big Guinness fan.

50 cl. can @ my parents, bought @ Albert Heijn, Culemborg.
Clear brown with a creamy tan head. Roasted malts aroma with light hints of coffee and chocolate. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Fine alternative for the real thing.

Can at the neighbours, thanks to Michael, 18/12/21. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is mellow roast, charr, brown bread, cocoa sprinkle, ashen tones. Taste comprises light roast, charr, dark fruit rinds, baking powder, dark malt base. Medium bodied, soft messaging carbonation, light drying close. Solid AF number and mimics the real thing well.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the local big Tesco. Pours clear, black-brown with a dense, creamy khaki head. Lightly sweet, plenty of moist ashy roast, a little cocoa, weak black coffee, a little earth. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Further mellow ashy roast to finish, toasted brown bread, burnt sugars, earthy coffee. It's fine, especially for a low/no ABV beer.
