To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

The resulting product is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, just without the alcohol, featuring the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee

Barwa ciemno brunatna, klarowne, piana w kolorze jasnego beżu, dość obfita, drobna, trwała, kremowa.

W aromacie ciemne słody, lekka kawa.

W smaku lekko kwaskowe, półwytrawne, ciemne słody, lekka paloność, lekka kawa. Zaznaczona kontra chmielowa.

Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie, ciało lekkie, dobra pijalność.

Bez szału, ale da się wypić.

Can at home from Jumbo. Poured hard, so the head is spectacular, foamy, and it lasts quite long. Nose is dark malts, light roast, sweet wort. Taste is astrigent, roasty, but also got that worty sweetness going on that lasts well into the finish and ruining drinkability a tad. The body is light, very light, leaning towards watery, and the carbonation is virtually non-existent, so obviously it drinks pretty easy. Not the best dark NA I've had, but I'm not that big of a fan of the classic Draught either, so there's that. All in all it's decent stuff and I'm pretty happy to see the NA offering become more and more wide tbh.

Pours black with brown edges. Two fingers of dense head. Aroma is biscuits, chocolate and coffee. Flavour is slightly roasted and has notes of toffee and coffee leading to a somewhat metallic bitternes. Quite good for a NA beer.

Aromas are roast, dark malt, tobacco and mineral. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose but lighter and all regards. Pretty good for an NA Guinness.

Can from a local supermarket. Aroma is sweet brown malts with roasty notes, caramel. On the sweet side with a mild bitterness. Light body. Thin, but certainly drinkable.

Actually quite good. Fairly close to the original, nice sipper, satisfying. Can still has the little ball to give it that nitro feel, though a bit less so.

Can. Not bad for an alcohol free beer. Dark brown is color. Aroma and taste is kind of like a regular Gueiness but not as rich and a little watery.
