To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.
The resulting product is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, just without the alcohol, featuring the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee

[538ml widget can at The Binfield Club] Pours like a regular draught Guinness, slowly separating into a peaty brown body and a dense pale tan head; there's a rich toasted malt aroma; and a smooth, dry malty body, perhaps slightly sweeter than the standard version; with the expected roasted malt bitterness to finish. The best AF beer I've tried to date.

Drinking this because I'm on a post Christmas season dry out. This is actually pretty good for an AF beer. Perfect Guinness pour and looks amazing in the glass. No real aroma, but a stunning mouthfeel. The taste is where I have a slight issue. Slight sweetness and maybe a hint of chemicals?

Can (0.5%) from Greg & Jane's. Opaque dark brown with good semblance of classic nitro, creamy head with excellent retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is strong toffee, molasses and chocolate. Taste is strong molasses, earthy, roasted malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. This is quite good.

Can 0,5 with widget: Opaque black coloured alcoholfree beer with an dry somehow bitter taste with an almost no noticeable watery body. Hints of roasted malts mainly. The best commercial alcohol free beer from a big brewer ever. For now because I don't what the future has in mind.

Can from Tesco Extra Streatham at home in London 01/12/2024 Lightly roasted malty with a touch of cocoa and light coffee roast, smooth light creamy carb mouthfeel, yes the body is lighter than the original but not so much, malty drying into the finish. Overall impressive AF from a macro, close to the original.

Can at The Charter, Rothwell at the Afterparty for Bobs funeral Friday 6th December 2024. This looked like a regular Guinness, almost tasted the same and in many aspects it ticked most of the boxes. Loz said that she could still tell the tell tale non alcoholic taint, I could tell that there was a slight difference but perhaps because Guinness is a so-so beer for me but this tasted fine, the roasted dark malts were there, smooth, creamy, yeah I liked it.

0.44l can. Black body with a creamy beige head that looks similar to the original only that it doesn't show that nice cascading effect while forming. Aroma and taste of subtle roasted malts, some berries, coffee and a hint of cream. The texture itself is not as creamy as the original. Nice NA stout.

Hard to tell much difference to the full-fat version to be honest: subtle roasted malt aroma, smooth and creamy with the roasted malt flavour having a soft hit of dry bitterness which lasts into th finish
