Cette summer ale est une parfaite bière d’été avec ses arômes assez intenses sur les céréales et le blé. En bouche, elle continue de nous rafraîchir avec des saveurs sur les céréales mais aussi les fruits blancs (on perçoit notamment du raisin blanc). Le corps est plutôt léger et laisse le litchi se dévoiler en fin de bouche pour une finale fruitée et douce.

Bottle. Pours a near clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has light sweet grains and wheat with a bit of flora and light fruits underlying. Flavor combines wheat and sweet grains with a hint of flora underlying.

Bottle at home picked up from the brewery. A clear dull yellish gold coloured pour with a loose white head that fades. Aroma is dry wheat, stale bready grains, clove notes, and grass, woody herbal in the finish. Flavour is composed of dry mixed grains, wheat, spelt, bready, herbal, leafy grass, mineral, vague, light stewed veg, some alcohol bite. mineral finish. Palate is very dry, grainy, chalky mineral, spritzy carbonation, Pretty harsh.

Robe jaunâtre trouble, mousse à grosse bulles abondante qui s'efface pour se stabiliser à quelques millimètres. Nez sur les agrumes, le citron, les céréales. En bouche, mélange d'agrumes, pêche, céréales, assez aqueux, longueur en bouche réduite. A boire au soleil quand on a très soif !

From bottle at La rugée vers l’orge with BB and NO 14.07.17. Pale golden. Slightly hazy. Diminishing off-white head. Aroma of American hops, tropical fruits, citrus and wheat ale. Similar taste, with medium citrus bittenress lingering. German wheat and/ or Belgian yeast is evident in aroma and taste,
