Pastry Proof is an extension of our Trade Proof series of heavily fruited kettle sours. This 4.5% fruited Gose is bombed out with strawberry, raspberry and blueberry. We then added peanut butter for good measure. Notes of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and toaster pastries.

Cheers for the share. Ok this is pretty nuts, tart fruity notes of berry fruit, strawberry and raspberry, getting the peanut butter, fun stuff to share but don�t think I could of sunk a can of this.

Appearance: Dark red colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, strawberries, berries, tart, peanut butter, fruit, blueberries, sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Strawberries, fruit, malt, blueberries, tart, sour, peanut butter, berries.
