Sample courtesy Grumbo. Red colour. Moderate apple and grape aroma. Dry nice powerful apple flavor with grapes nicely present. Some barnyard notes. Average nice finish. Oily palate. Nice cider.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Thanks. Clear red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and red grapes. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 150921

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Medium head with medium duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are red berries, apples, vitrus, little acid, dry and has a light sour finish.

2/9/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark maroon red with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of musty apple, red wine, vanilla, woody notes and a peppery edge. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, with a dry, tannic finish. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good.

750ml bottle from Cider is Wine. Deep red colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of red grape, apple fruity, musty. Taste is tangy, tart, grapey, red wine, apple, woody, oak, vanilla, with some tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
