Sample@MBCC 2021 Yellow - red pour with no head. Light tart dry fruity with notes of apple and red wine, oak, medium light body and carbonation, tart lingering fruity close. Nice.

Bottle @MBCC 2021, Yellow Session. Clear, very dark red, small pinkish head. Funky, horsy aroma, red grapes. Funky, red grap flavour, some sweetness, creamy carb. Dry and funky finish.

[ As Berryland Cabernet Franc Apple Cider - 2020 ].
ABV: 7.0-7.5%. Cloudy medium red amber colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate apple, grapes - red grapes, crushed grapes, apple skin - sweet apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, berries - grapes, crushed grapes, sweet apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20211022]
