ABV: 5.4%. Cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, grapefruit, gooseberry, moderate yeast, saison yeast, funk. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and light bitter with a long duration, grass, funky, leather - brett, barnyard, grapefruit, gooseberry, dry'ish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]

[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Red session. Cloudy golden. Funk, oak, fruity, some hops, dry, sour, a bit bitterish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy bright gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light fruits and a bit of bright citrus with an oak note and a light funk underlying. Flavor has a light barnyard funk with growing flora and light fruit, a bit of citrus and a touch of oak.
