ABV: 5.4%. Cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, grapefruit, gooseberry, moderate yeast, saison yeast, funk. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and light bitter with a long duration, grass, funky, leather - brett, barnyard, grapefruit, gooseberry, dry'ish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211023]

Good lord, one of the best saisons I've had. Religious experience. Never been close to God but certainly been close to saisons. White wine dry-hop Nelson but some sips have a real passionfruit vibe but not as sour. My first from these Minnesota saints.
