Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Mind Over Matter is a new variant of our 8% double chocolate milk stout. This is our attempt at a stout with as much flavor as our 10%+ stouts with a lower ABV. This version is brewed with lactose, cocoa nibs, cheesecake, pumpkin spice and vanilla.

Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, cookie, chocolate, dark malt, spicy, pumpkin spices. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, pumpkin spices, chocolate, spicy, dark malt, sweet malt, cake - cookie - cheesecake, chocolate - cocoa. 16 ounce can. Opaque black color. Frothy tan head. Roasted malt aroma. Just a hint of pumpkin spice. Roasted malt flavor has a touch of chocolate and pumpkin spice. Not overly indulgent. Somewhat lacking in complexity. Where’s the cheesecake? Some creaminess on the palate.
