This year's brew is an Orange and Cardamom Red Rye IPA, infused with freshly crushed cardamom and 50kg of orange juice. The malt base includes Crystal, Rye and Vienna malt to give it a full and rich flavour. Inspired by breakfast from the bakery next to the old brewery site, Swedish cardamom buns and a glass of orange juice.
