440ml can, 524, 8.2 % abv, from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A well sized fawn-coloured head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, near-black body with a deep ruby glint. Promising aromas of grainy chocolate, vanilla sweetness to it. Tastes fine with carefully hints of milk chocolate, caramel. and a spicy touch, light pastry impression. Grainy bittersweet tail, nicely roasted. Sweet, bit not overly so. Likable sipper on a Friday eve. (Tromsø 08.04.2022).

On tap at Brewdog - Reykjavik, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bready malt, candi sugar, and pastry. Flavour brings out candi sugar, pastry, and bready malt. Sweet but not cloying; lots of pastry notes and candi sugar. Fun but not decadent or complex.

Jet black with a decent beige head. Intense vanilla and chocolate notes. Bitter chocolate and vanilla with a decent finish. Well balanced for a vanilla bomb.

Keg at Brewdog Tower Hill. An opaque black brown coloured pour with a a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy wagon wheel, vanilla, mild coffee, tirimisu, marshmallow.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown malts, brown sugars, biscotti, mellow coffee, caramel, marshammlow. Palate is semi sweet, little thin, fine carbonation, toasted nuts.
