This 11% fudge-forward Imperial Stout is inspired by peanut butter cups and cups of coffee and a few movies some people seem to like. This thick stout was brewed with chocolate pudding, chocolate fudge, coffee and peanut butter. Contains a small amount of lactose from the chocolate fudge.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, cold coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, coffee, cold coffee, coffee beans, roasted, dark malt, vanilla and peanut butter touch. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211021]

16 oz can from Magnify delivery, 11/14/21. Brown pour. Coffee, molasses, peanut skin, and anise. Chicory, maybe? Peanut butter and chocolate too, but neither is as strong I expected. Not sure it totally works, but it is interesting.
